Richard created the Anatomy of Golf Series to serve as studies for the U.S. Open Monument, Momentum, created in 2000 to celebrate the 100th playing of the US Open held at Pebble Beach, CA. These studies represent the artist’s style and method used to capture the incredible energy and focus of his subjects while depicting the various stages of the golf swing. The Anatomy of a Golfer I-V, Atelier is one of the favorite compositions from the U.S. Open golf series, depicting the "perfect" full golf swing.
An abbreviated version, Anatomy of a Golfer I,IV & V, Atelier is also available, as well as each of the five individual golfers, representing a different position in the golf swing.
